F&H Group A/S is looking for a Data Analyst for the IT Department

F&H Group A/S is looking for a Data Analyst to join the IT department at the Group’s headquarters. You will report to the Head of IT and work closely with both the business and other IT specialists.
The position is IT-anchored and combines strong technical data skills with solid business understanding. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining data models, analyses and BI solutions that create real value across the organisation.
The role
As a Data Analyst, you are a key link between IT and the business. You work end-to-end with data – from ingestion and modelling to analysis and visualisation – ensuring that decisions are based on a solid and reliable data foundation.
The role gives you the mandate to drive the development and optimisation of BI and reporting solutions and requires that you can work in a structured way with operations while also being curious and development-oriented.
Your primary responsibilities
Data, BI and analytics (core responsibility)
- Design and develop end-to-end data solutions
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI
- Work across the entire data value chain: pipeline → data model → visualisation
- Identify and integrate new data sources in collaboration with the integration team and the business
- Ensure high data quality and compliance with data governance principles
- Analyse complex datasets and translate them into concrete business insights
- Optimise performance and maintain existing BI solutions
- Develop proof-of-concepts for new analyses, data sources and solutions
Technology and platform
- Work with Microsoft Fabric (Data Lake, Lakehouse, Dataflows and semantic models)
- Contribute to the further development of the organisation’s data platform
- Ensure stable and usable reporting for the business
Collaboration and communication
- Communicate data and analyses in a way that is understandable for non-technical stakeholders
- Work closely with the business on needs, insights and use of data
- Spar with IT colleagues on data modelling, performance and architecture
About you

- have solid experience as a Data Analyst, BI Developer or in a similar role

- have strong collaboration skills and enjoy working across teams and functions
Qualifications
- Solid hands-on experience with Power BI (reports, dashboards and apps)
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric, including Lakehouse, Dataflows and semantic models
- Strong skills in data modelling and performance tuning
- Experience with SQL and preferably some knowledge of Python
- Understanding of data quality and data governance
- Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights
- Fluent in Danish and English, written and spoken
